- Check-In, Check-Out, and Age Requirements
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00 PM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Early arrival and late departure may be requested but depend on room availability and are not guaranteed.
- Payment, Deposits, and Cancellation
A valid photo ID and payment card may be required at arrival. A fixed incidental deposit amount is not consistently published and should be checked in the reservation terms. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the selected rate; flexible bookings may permit cancellation before a deadline, while advance-purchase reservations may be nonrefundable.
- Pet and Smoking Policies
Up to two dogs or cats weighing no more than 75 pounds each are accepted in designated rooms. The published pet charge is $75 for stays of one to four nights and $125 for stays of five nights or longer. The hotel has no smoking rooms, and smoking in a non-smoking room may result in a fee of up to $250.
- Breakfast, Parking, and Shuttle Policies
Breakfast is available for an additional charge and is not included with every room rate. Self-parking is complimentary. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, so transportation to Chicago O’Hare or Midway must be arranged separately.
- Children, Accessibility, and Special Requests
Children are welcome, cribs are available, and connecting rooms can be confirmed for selected bookings. Accessible accommodations include categories with mobility tubs or roll-in showers. Specific bedding, accessible equipment, pet placement, early arrival, and room-location requests remain subject to availability.
