Comfortable and close to my work
Downstairs is very beautiful. The breakfast bar and staff were all very nice. The restaurant downstairs was beautiful.
Did not eat. But was pricey.
All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are just regular hotel rooms and suited our needs. The lobby area for gathering with friends was very nice.

The Lake Forest, Mettawa Hilton is my absolute favorite Hilton! They have the most professional staff, I adore everyone at the front desk and look forward to visiting every time. It’s so nice to know when you’re coming in from out of town what to expect!

Hotel was nice
The staff went above and beyond for our Navy families traveling for graduation. They made sure we had a comfortable space, tech setup, and even a breakfast spread to enjoy the graduation livestream on property for all those who didn’t have a ticket. We were truly honored by their commitment to providing excellent service and support. Plus, our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it’s close to base! You cannot go wrong at this property, especially if you are in town to visit the Naval Base.
